There is nothing like a shiny, fresh cluster of cherries to water the mouth. But in order to bring this product to the consumer, you need a specific technology. Lugo’s WAVE system is a uniquely designed machinery able to disinfect, wash, completely dry, and sort the cluster thoroughly, without compromising its original shape.

The Wave model is equipped with an algorithm that’s able to sort according to specific parameters of color, weight, size, and external quality.  It can process up to 10,000 Kg of units per hour, with the utmost delicateness and care.

Each stage, from loading to packaging, is performed with surgical accuracy and efficiency. This allows consistency in the marketing of homogenous crates, and improves pricing level and profitability.

The model includes a unique convoy system that carries the cluster throughout the process. The result is a whole, uncompromised, washed and ready-to-eat cluster – delivered to the consumer.
